Leroy is a gifted preacher and teacher with a passion for grooming proclaimers of God’s Word. A graduate of the University of Kansas (B.S.) and Dallas Theological Seminary (Th.M.), Leroy has lectured and taught on preaching at the E. K. Bailey International Expository Preaching Conference, Simmons College of KY, Crossroads Bible College, The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, The Virginia Baptist State Convention Pastor’s Conference, Truett Seminary Preaching Conference, and the Stephen Olford Center for Biblical Preaching to name a few.

Pursuing excellence in his own education, Leroy did some Ph.D. studies at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Christian Preaching and completed post-graduate studies in preaching at Oxford University (Regents Park College).

Throughout his years of ministry, Leroy has been blessed to be a guest speaker for the National Pastors Convention, National Conference on Preaching, International Congress on Preaching, Mighty Men of Valor National Men’s Conference and many other conferences. He has also lectured for the National Baptist Convention, USA, and even been a chapel speaker for the Tennessee Titans Professional Football team. Leroy has also consulted with churches and non-profit organizations on church health, the use of technology in the local church, and leadership development.

Genena leads the Coaching and Women’s Ministry for Proclaiming the Word Ministries (PtWM). Genena’s passion for hope and healing for women of all ages stems from her upbringing. Genena accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior at the early age of nine. Raised by a single mother with nine (9) siblings on the south side of Chicago, Genena understands first-hand what it means to “abase and abound.” Her authentic love for people, and her engaging personality is what initially draws people to her. Quickly Genena will share it is the light of the Lord within that fuels what people see in her, and how God chooses to heal and grow people through her.

Allen G. Parr Jr. is a certified Walk Thru the Old Testament faculty member with Proclaiming the Word Ministries. He is a licensed and ordained minister and has been teaching the Bible for 20 years. In 2004 Allen graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary with a Master of Theology degree with an emphasis on Pastoral Leadership. He is also a certified instructor for Walk Thru the Bible. Allen is also the founder of The BEAT, an online Bible teaching ministry that publishes videos that reach thousands of weekly viewers worldwide. He is also the author of two eBooks and has a weekly blog hosted on allenparr.com. Allen has a passion for helping people discover the joy of studying the bible and how to apply it to their daily lives.

Allen currently resides in McKinney, TX and is happily married to his beautiful wife Jennifer. In his spare time Allen “attempts” to play golf, enjoys a competitive game of chess and loves to play racquetball.

Darryl is a certified Walk Thru the Old Testament faculty member with Proclaiming the Word Ministries. He is a passionate, relevant, biblically sound preacher and teacher. He currently serves as the Senior Pastor of Emmanuel Missionary Baptist Church and founder and CEO of Emmanuel Preparatory Academy in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Richard is a strategic partner with Proclaiming the Word Ministries and focuses on teaching our Kids events for children ages 5-12. Richard’s passion is mission work and he has traveled to Brazil several times reaching out to the Brazilian people through evangelism and discipleship.
