The Mississippi County PROCLAIM Preaching & Teaching Conference is a multidenominational, multi-generational gathering of passionate leaders committed to expanding the Kingdom of God while pursuing excellence in their preaching and teaching of God’s Word.
Join us for three (3) incredible days of dynamic training at Mt. Moriah Missionary Baptist Church in Blytheville, AR. You will receive in-depth training to enhance your preaching & teaching ministry. Rev. Leroy Armstrong is the founder of PROCLAIM Preaching Coach. Leroy has trained more than 5,000 proclaimers over the last 25 years. Leroy has spoken at numerous preaching conferences nationally and internationally. Leroy was part of the founding leadership team for the E. K.
